Lora's 3 tips for wellness
Free, easy to access and rewarding
Be vulnerable and open
Be vulnerable and open, not caring about what other people think, not worrying about being judged, just going for it and just doing it. When I did that, it was literally like a weight being lifted off, now it's out there. Some people might not like it, but it’s the most freeing experience.
Do something that you're scared of every day
Do something that you're scared of every day. Not something that would physically harm you. The exercise is to do something that you're slightly terrified of.
Being alone with your thoughts...
Being alone with your thoughts and letting your mind wander has been linked to greater happiness, just letting your mind go wherever it goes, you'll feel more connected to yourself.
