Timeless Today

Timeless was recommended by a great friend. It seems more of a way of life than a traditional app and my first impressions are really positive.

Whilst very spiritual, if you have an open mind, this is a great all-rounder.

Breethe

Voted a ‘Must have app’, featured in TIME, New York Times, Forbes and many others. The app claims a 70% reduction is stress and anxiety.

With all these accolades, it's worth a try and my initial feedback is, it's a winner!

Aura Health

Apple has ‘Aura’ as the ‘Best of Apps winner’. Your All-In-One App for Mindfulness & Wellbeing. The app has a great reputation, I haven’t personally used this one much, but I’m looking forward to exploring it further.

Calm

Calm is now my go-to, it has a fantastic array of meditation options, and sleep stories with ‘Stephen Fry’ is a real winner. From music to meditation and everything in between. It’s a gift that keeps on giving and is one of the best out there.

Head Space

Andy Puddicombe was one of the pioneers of taking mediation to the app world. I have used the ‘Head Space’ app for years. It was a massive help when going through my divorce. You can pick the subject your interested in, it’s consistently updated and has everything you need from sleep options to meditation.
