Free, easy to access and rewarding
Houseplants
Having a plant in the house is a really lovely way to connect with nature because you're nurturing something. You're looking after it - something I would definitely recommend because I think caring intending for something can be wonderful.
Seeds
They are incredible because so much comes from one tiny little seed. Growing something from seed and tending for it and caring for it and watering it and loving it and allowing it to grow.
Senses
Go to your local woods / forest. Find somewhere where you can really engage with that idea of opening your senses and connecting within nature. Trees are just incredible. Finding somewhere with trees can feel just very regulating and comforting. Use your senses….start with sight, look around you, see what's there, look from a height or get down on the ground.
